Providing Everything You Need
Free 1-2-1 Animal Behaviour Consultation
Our 1-2-1 animal behaviour consultations are on veterinary referral only, which means your vet needs to fill in a referral form, which can be found on the main page. Then you will be asked to fill in a behavioural history form. The initial behaviour consultation will be arranged after contact and all forms are received.
Our initial behaviour consultation typically includes:

Review your pet’s history which you and your vet have provided and any additional information we request at the time of booking.

A behaviour consultation (typically 1.5 – 3 hours depending on the nature of the case) includes:

An in-depth behavioural assessment for the behaviour(s) causing your concern.

Risk assessment and prognosis.

An overview action plan.

Discussion of the short-term and long-term behavioural management and modification plan.

Demonstration of training or tasks if it is appropriate and safe.

Extra Service (additional cost applied)

Written report for you and your vet within a few working days of the session. Detailing our assessment and recommendations, including handouts or instructions of the tasks or training to implement at home.

Communication with your vet

Text or email support for 3 months after the consultation.

A 15-minute telephone chat to check your progression.
Follow up support
Behaviour problems are often complex and involve continuous work at home. The progress needs to be reviewed regularly, and the plan might need to be adjusted over time. Therefore, we would recommend at least 1 follow-up. Still, we are happy to provide support via WhatsApp or email for up to 3 months and a 15-minute telephone chat 2-4 weeks after the consultation to check the progress, which is all included in the cost of initial behavioural consultation.
Follow-up support may be conducted by phone, email, video calls or in-person practical sessions depending on your and your pet’s needs.
1-2-1 Pet Training
We also offer 1-2-1 training for any owners who require additional support on the behaviuoral modification plan or training specific behaviour goals such as basic obedience, loose leash walking, recall or polite manners.
Pet sitting/ fun hour
Give your pet a safe, engaging break in their day with our enrichment-focused visits. Ideal for building trust before training or you just want to have a chat with us, each session includes interactive play, mental stimulation, and calm, reward-based care — all from a qualified behaviour professional.

We work with a zero mileage fee within 10 miles of NG5. Services that are booked outside will be charged to a mileage fee of £0.45 per mile for the remaining journey to the booked destination.
